Work included ripping out existing concrete walkway. We came in and designed a new layout to the customer's wishes for better entry and curb appeal to the house. We installed EP Henry Brickstone pavers(first install with these) for this paver walkway. Customer choose a red pattern and wanted it to be bordered in a dark grey. We also had to install grass seed to fill in the area where walkway used to be and along the edges of walkway.

Area by shed had a previous shed which burned to the ground, burning various plants, mulch in the mulch beds, and the pond and other parts(liner, rocks, and pump). We came in and installed a raised paver patio in the area where the pond was located and added a step to the new utility shed. After completing the raised patio we installed a few plants to fill the areas, cut out some dead plants, and installed new mulch over the entire mulch bed for a uniform look. We also took a previous raised paver patio, that was installed incorrectly, and completely redone the patio with new pavers, to make the patio last for a lifetime. Previous patio had no underlayment causing the base and bedding materials to fall out over time. There was also no compaction which made the patio surface to be uneven and wavy. Products used were EP Henry Terrace Wall Dakota Blend for the blocks and EP Henry Old Towne Cobble Dakota Blend pavers for the 2 patios. Along with installing the larger raised patio, we completed the same work to the pavers on the steps to ensure the entire project was completed and installed correctly. One of my favorite jobs!

Work included installing a new EP HENRY Terrace Block wall along walkway and yard. Yard had a sloped front which made it hard for the customer to mow their grass. So we installed a new wall to level the front up with the yard. Photos show the steps included in the wall install. Dirt above wall was later hauled off. Customer used area behind the wall to make planting beds.

Work included ripping out existing landscape including overgrown shrubs and an older walkway and installing new. We first removed the old walkway and installed a new flagstone walkway. We used polymeric stone dust to make a solid patio. The polymeric stone dust has a glue like polymers included in it, that once wetted, it becomes almost like concrete. After that we removed the shrubs and plants and put in all new shrubs and plants to fit the house a little better. Due to the time of the year we had to go with younger plants. After plants were planted, the fabric was installed and then rubber mulch was added. The rubber mulch either comes in bags as shown or you can buy in bulk by big totes.

Work on this project was a complete landscape install, raised paver patio, firepit, retaining wall, walkway, and sod install. Due to the slope of the yard we had to do a raised patio to be able to make the patio flat, and still be able to drain water off. The materials used were all EP Henry products. We installed the Coventry III wall block for the raised patio and retaining wall, which is a new product for 2013. Pavers for the walkway and patio were Bristol Stone Maple Blend in both the small and large random selections in a random pattern. We also installed EP Henry firepit kit. After the patio, walkway, and fire pit kit were installed, we finished up by laying sod over the entire yard. We already had several sections ripped up for the patio, but we have to remove all of the front and side yard of what grass was there, and install new sod. By far our favorite project of the year!
